# Installing Insta360 Link 2 on macOS

## 1. Download the Software  
Visit the official Insta360 download page:

## 2. Install the Software  
1. Open the downloaded **"Link 2"** disk image (`.dmg`) from your **Downloads** folder or Desktop.  
2. Double-click **"diskinstaller"** to start the installation.  
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and keep the default settings.  

## 3. Grant Necessary Permissions  
- After installation, open the **Insta360 Link Controller** from your **Applications** folder.  
- When prompted, grant the required **camera and microphone** access.  
- If asked, allow the installation of additional system extensions.  

## 4. Using the Camera in Apps  
Once installed, you can select **Insta360 Link 2** as the camera and microphone in applications like:
